Sports Physicals

Oak Ridge Sports Medicine is offering physicals for incoming 7-12 graders for the 25-26 school year. These are required for any student participating in athletics, cheer, drill team, ROTC, high school band, student trainers, managers, and student filmers. They will be offered Wednesday, April 9 at ORHS in the athletic area. Please share with your students and encourage them to sign up. The cost is $25 cash. Medical history forms will be available April 1 on the CISD athletics website as well as at wareaglesportsmed.com and in Rank One.
CURRENT high school students will need to sign up for an appointment between 8:00am and 2:00pm using the QR code on the attached flyer. Sign ups will be open March 24 - April 6.
Irons athletes will be bussed over on the day of physicals during their athletic class. 8th grade parents will pick up their children at ORHS. Walk-ins will be welcome until 5:00pm.
6th grade students from Vogel and Suchma are welcome to come for a physical throughout the day from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Please note that the afternoon hours will have a longer wait time.
